The company
We've been in business since 2000 and over that time have gone from strength to strength. We have been recognised as one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the Asia Pacific region (ranked 113th in by Deloitte in the Asia Pacific region for growth in 2007), and our technical expertise has earned us a solid reputation around the world.
Because of the leading edge work we do and our great working environment we have managed to attract and retain a wide range of talented and dedicated people from around the world to our headquarters in Wellington, the capital of New Zealand.

To date we have worked directly with over 250 organisations in both the public and private sectors, throughout Australasia and the US.
The open source software
SilverStripe is a strong advocate and developer of open source software. In November 2006 we released our entire Content Management System and Application Framework as a free, open source download. We chose to release under the BSD license because we consider it the best possible license for our customers. Many of our larger customers are now developing unique and novel solutions on top of SilverStripe and are integrating SilverStripe deep into their own product offerings.
