SVN access and Bug database

Those of you who are observant would have noticed our downloads page was updated a few weeks ago to explain how to download SilverStripe via Subversion. This lets you have the latest SilverStripe code available easily, and to provide us with patches. It all seems to be working fine, so we've announced it here.

You can also properly browse the source online using Trac, and view our bug database or register to add your own bugs and comment on existing ones. Thanks to Hayden for fitting this into your busy week.
