Gallery module 0.2.2 released

Romain has worked on a number of improvements to the gallery module, including;

• Image borders and other cosmetic effects look nicer
• Easier to install - no HTML template editing required.
• Default options improved, making it easier for you to get your first gallery up.
• You can choose whether your gallery sorts photos alphabetically by title, or by the date you've uploaded the photos.
• A few bug fixes that were raised by the community - thanks!

It literally took me less than one minute to download, install and see the gallery working when I tested this new release, so go and download gallery-0.2.2.tar.gz!

Gallery module bigger and brighter

Romain has just released an updated version of the Gallery Module (v0.2.1; 400kb download). Its looking fantastic, and is full of features. Like our new blog module with drag-n-drop widgets, it requires SilverStripe 2.1.0rc2 or later.

The update offers a huge amount of extra configuration within the CMS, and as always, you can use the SilverStripe developer framework to easily customise and configure it much further. The installation instructions are very simple, and you can quickly begin configuring your gallery:
