As part of the Parents Inc website relaunch, we researched and re-organised the existing website to ensure everything was far quicker and easier to find. This included interviewing mothers to discover what they wanted out of a parenting website.
In addition, we considerably reduced the steps needed to perform key tasks on the website; for instance getting their magazine subscription process from 7 pages, to one, boosting online sales immediately.
